Seven teen members of an Arizona gang have been charged in 16-year-old Preston Lord’s Oct. 28, 2023, murder allegedly over a $10 gold necklace. A 19-year-old alleged member of the notorious “ Gilbert Goons ,” Noah Lee Pennington has been sentenced to three years in prison for violent attacks and drug possession that occurred in Gilbert and Mesa.
